Continental’s first aircraft with new flat-bed BusinessFirst seats started operating on Sunday, November 1, 2009 as flight CO98 from Hong Kong to New York. Continental plans to install the flat-bed seats on its Boeing 757-200,  767-400 and 787 fleet.   The Boeing 787 are scheduled for delivery at the end of 2009.
